Refund and Return Policy – Drip & Sip™
At Drip&Sip, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility and Process
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon receiving your request, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping Costs
1. Faulty or Damaged Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error or a manufacturing fault, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
2. Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you wish to return the item simply because you changed your mind (remorse), the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs. In this case, a fixed return fee of £15.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and return processing expenses.

2. International Returns:
For larger items or those shipped directly from our international logistics partners, we may provide a specific return warehouse address (in Europe or Asia) to minimize handling time. This address will be clearly specified in your return label.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Under UK consumer rights, we will provide either a full refund or a free replacement (if available).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the refund is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
All Drip & Sip™ products include a limited warranty: Accessories are covered for 30 days; Espresso machines and electronic devices are covered for 1 year from the date of delivery.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us attcachivan30@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
